Welcome to the Clothing Support Program at Western! A program designed for Western students supported by Western students. We are dedicated to ensuring every student has access to the clothing they need to feel comfortable and confident.

Western Special Constable Service proudly initiated and manages the Clothing Support Program. As the team responsible for campus safety and security, they understand the importance of a supportive environment where every student can thrive. Their commitment to the well-being of the Western community extends beyond their daily duties. They have taken the lead in this initiative to ensure that students not only feel safe but also receive the support they need in both their personal and academic journeys. About Us

Mission

Our mission is simple: we collect gently used clothing donations from the community and distribute them to students in need, free of charge.

Our Purpose

Did you know that over 20% of university students struggle with financial instability, often having to choose between buying essentials like clothing or paying for textbooks and meals? By providing free clothing, we aim to alleviate some of these financial pressures and help our fellow students succeed in their academic and personal lives.

Since our inception, we have been able to support a significant number of students, fostering a sense of community. Our efforts are sustained by the generosity of donors and the dedication of volunteers who believe in making a tangible difference.

Join us in our mission to support every student in need. Whether you’re looking to donate, volunteer, or find assistance, the Clothing Support Program is here for you.
